   2. (2) R.T. (ARRT)(N) and (ARRT)(CT);
   3. (3) R.T. (ARRT)(N) and (NMTCB)(CT); or
   4. (4) R.T. (ARRT)(R) and (NMTCB)(PET).

2. B. cardiac sonography:

   1. (1) (CCI)(RCS);
   2. (2) (CCI)(RCCS); or
   3. (3) (ARDMS)(RDCS).
3. C. computed tomography: R.T. (ARRT)(CT)

4. D. general sonography:

   1. (1) RDMS (ARDMS)(AB);
   2. (2) RDMS (ARDMS)(BR);
   3. (3) RDMS (ARDMS)(OB);
   4. (4) R.T. (ARRT)(S); or
   5. (5) R.T. (ARRT)(BS).
5. E. limited radiography: none.

6. F. magnetic resonance imaging:

   1. (1) (ARMRIT)(RMRIT); or
   2. (2) R.T. (ARRT)(MR).
7. G. musculoskeletal sonography: (ARDMS)(RMSK).

8. H. nuclear medicine:

   1. (1) certified nuclear medicine technologist (NMTCB); or
   2. (2) nuclear medicine technology R.T. (ARRT)(N).
9. I. phlebology sonography: RPhS (CCI).
10. J. radiation therapy: R.T. (ARRT)(T).
11. K. radiography: R.T. (ARRT)(R).
12. L. radiology assistant: (ARRT)(RRA).

13. M. vascular sonography:

    1. (1) R.T. (ARRT)(VS);
    2. (2) RVS (CCI); or
