This subpart provides for the registration of:

1. A. radiation machines; and
2. B. persons providing radiation machine installation, servicing, or services as stipulated in 204 [20.3.2.204 NMAC].

3. C. In addition to the requirements of this subpart, all registrants are subject to the applicable provisions of other subparts of these regulations.
