N.M. Code R. § 20.3.15.1501
APPLICATION FOR A SPECIFIC LICENSE. A person, as defined in 20.3.1 NMAC of these regulations, may file an application for a specific license authorizing the use of sealed sources in an irradiator on forms provided by the department, in accordance with 20.3.3.307 NMAC.
