Each licensee shall maintain the following documents and records at the field station:

1. A. a copy of 20.3.4 NMAC, 20.3.10 NMAC and 20.3.12 NMAC;
2. B. the license authorizing the use of licensed material;
3. C. operating and emergency procedures required by 20.3.12.12 NMAC;
4. D. the record of radiation survey instrument calibrations required by 20.3.12.17 NMAC;
5. E. the record of leak test results required by 20.3.12.18 NMAC;
6. F. physical inventory records required by 20.3.12.19 NMAC;
7. G. utilization records required by 20.3.12.20 NMAC;
8. H. records of inspection and maintenance required by 20.3.12.22 NMAC;
9. I. training records required by 20.3.12.11 NMAC; and
10. J. survey records required by 20.3.12.14 NMAC.
