Each licensee and registrant shall perform, or permit the department to perform such tests as the department deems appropriate or necessary for the administration of the requirements in this chapter, including, but not limited to, tests of:

1. A. sources of radiation;
2. B. facilities wherein sources of radiation are used or stored;
3. C. radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and
4. D. other equipment and devices used in connection with utilization or storage of sources of radiation.
