This part amends and supersedes air quality control regulations ("AQCR") 200 - preamble and 201 - ambient air quality standards last filed January 27, 1970 and June 15, 1981, respectively.

1. A. All references to AQCR 200 or 201 in any other rule shall be construed as a reference to this part.

2. B. The amendment and supersession of AQCR 200 and 201 shall not affect any administrative or judicial enforcement action pending on the effective date of such amendment nor the validity of any permit issued pursuant to AQCR 200 or 201.
