The following commercial activities are prohibited within the state parks system:

1. A. commercial activity without written authorization pursuant to a concession contract, concession permit, film permit or special use permit;
2. B. services or activities not benefiting the visitor’s experience;
3. C. services or activities that may threaten the public's health or safety;
4. D. services or activities that may threaten or damage park resources;
5. E. sale of goods or services outside of a specifically-defined location designated for a concession, unless authorized in a concession permit, special use permit or cooperative agreement; and
6. F. solicitation of unwanted business.
