APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL TO USE AN ALTERNATE GAS MEASUREMENT METHOD (Form C-136):

1. A. An operator shall use form C-136 to request and obtain division approval for use of an alternate procedure for measuring gas production from a well that is not capable of producing more than 15 MCFD (Paragraph (1) of Subsection B of 19.15.19.9 NMAC) or for a well that has a producing capacity of 100 MCFD or less and is on a multi-well lease (Paragraph (2) of Subsection B of 19.15.19.9 NMAC).
2. B. An operator shall fill out the applicable information required on form C-136 with the required supplemental information attached, and file it with the appropriate division district office.
