VENTED AND FLARED NATURAL GAS (Form C-115B):

1. A. An operator shall file form C-115B in accordance with 19.15.27 NMAC and 19.15.28 NMAC.

2. B. An operator shall file form C-115B using the division’s web-based online application on or before the 15th day of the second month following the month in which venting or flaring occurred. An operator may apply to the division for exemption from the electronic filing requirement based upon a demonstration that such requirement would be an economic or other hardship.
