Additional notification:

1. A. The director may require additional notice for an application under 19.15.35.9 NMAC to 19.15.35.13 NMAC.
2. B. A notified party seeking to comment or request a public hearing on an application shall file comments or a written hearing request with the division within 20 days after receiving notice. A request for a hearing shall set forth the reasons why the division should hold a hearing.

3. C. The division shall hold a public hearing as required in 19.15.35.9 NMAC through 19.15.35.13 NMAC or if the director determines there is sufficient cause to hold a public hearing.
