Determination of reasonable costs: The provision of the applicable compulsory pooling order regarding reporting of actual well costs to the division and to pooled working interest owners, opportunity for objections to those costs, determinations of reasonableness of well costs and adjustment of the amount paid to a participating pooled working interest owner to reflect reasonable well costs shall apply to a well drilled pursuant to 19.15.13.10 NMAC or 19.15.13.11 NMAC.
