ADOPTION OF THE NEW MEXICO STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION CURRENT EDITION OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR HIGHWAY AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION: This rule adopts by reference the current edition of the New Mexico Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction, as amended by this rule.
