1. A. A single vehicle, including front and rear overhang, shall not exceed forty feet in length except by special permit.
2. B. A combination, including front and rear overhang, shall not exceed sixty-five feet in length except by special permit. A special permit may be issued for a combination that cannot be readily disassembled or dismantled.

3. C. Overlength special permits shall be denied when:

   1. (1) pipe, when welded together, is in excess of eighty feet in length; or
   2. (2) crane or tower booms, when bolted or pinned, are in excess of forty feet in length.
