1. A. A special permit authorizes the movement of a vehicle, combination or load only on the highways designated in the special permit as the route of travel. Permission from local authorities may be required if a portion of the move is to be made over local streets.
2. B. Unless otherwise indicated on a special permit, movement may not be made over a bridge posted for a specific load limit that is less than the permitted load.
