18.19.5.102 COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE - DISQUALIFICATION FOR VIOLATION OF OUT-OF-SERVICE ORDER: As used in Section 66-5-71 NMSA 1978, “first violation” means the first violation within the ten-year period ending on the date of the driver’s conviction of violating an out-of-service order.
