For the purposes of 18.19.3.50 through 18.19.3.53 NMAC:

1. A. “salvage-branded title” or “salvage title” means a title issued by the motor vehicle division which title indicates the subject vehicle is a salvage vehicle; and

2. B. “salvage vehicle” means a vehicle that meets the definition of a salvage vehicle as defined in Subsection C of Section 66-1-4.16 NMSA 1978 of the Motor Vehicle Code.
