1. A. Acceptance of the utility’s statement of need and action plan does not constitute a finding of prudence or pre-approval of costs associated with acquiring additional resources.
2. B. Any costs incurred to implement an accepted action plan shall be considered in a general rate case, resource acquisition proceeding, or appropriate application for a CCN.
