1. A. Any IOSP may petition the commission for a variance from any requirement of this rule.
2. B. A petition for a variance shall be supported by an affidavit signed by an officer of the petitioner or a person with authority to sign for the petitioner.
3. C. Any petition for a variance must contain the information required by the commission’s procedural rules under 1.2.2.40 NMAC.

4. D. The petitioning ICSP must serve a copy of the petition for a variance upon staff, the attorney general, and any interested person that has made a written request to the commission to be notified of such petitions.
