Brokers shall comply with applicable local, state and federal laws and ordinances concerning managing and leasing, and maintaining property for others, including but not limited to the following:

1. (1) Federal fair housing law
2. (2) New Mexico Uniform Owner-resident Relations Act
3. (3) Federal lead-based paint regulations, including provisions of the federal Environmental Protection Agency’s lead-based paint renovation, repair and painting rule.
