Upon receipt of a completed application, including all required documentation and fees, the secretary-treasurer or the delegate of the board will review and approve the application. The board shall formally accept the approval of the application at the next scheduled meeting.

1. A. Emergency Practitioner: Upon receipt of the necessary credentials from the practitioner and the verification from the sponsoring dentist, a professional member of the board or board administrator may declare the practitioner a temporary licensee of record and submit such information to the practitioner, sponsoring dentist, or the hospital.

2. B. Any application which cannot be approved by the delegate of the board will be reviewed by the entire Board at the next scheduled meeting.
