Upon receipt of a completed application, inclding all required documentation and fees the secretary-treasurer or delegate of the board will review the application and determine eligibility for certification.

1. A. Initial certificates are issued for a period not to exceed three years.

2. B. The certificate must be displayed so that it is visible to the public.
