INCOMPLETE INITIAL APPLICATIONS

1. A. Initial applications for any license or registration type will expire twelve months from the date the application is stamped “received” by the department.
2. B. The fingerprint background check required for initial application expires after ninety days from the date it is issued. If the applicant wants to continue with the application process, and the fingerprint background check has expired, the applicant will be required to submit a new fingerprint background check to continue the application process.
3. C. After the expiration of the 12 month period, applicant will be required to submit a new initial application.
