N.M. Code R. § 16.4.13.8
A. Any person whose license has been suspended, revoked or which has lapsed may apply to the board for reinstatement of the license at any time within two (2) years of the suspension, revocation or lapse.
F. Chiropractic physicians seeking reinstatement of advance practice certification registration because of suspension or lapse must meet the requirements established by the board under Subsection G of 16.4.15.8 NMAC.
