A non-refundable application fee is due at the time of each initial application, as outlined below.

1. A. A fee of $65.00 is required for a community signed language interpreter license.
2. B. A fee of $65.00 is required for an educational signed language interpreter license.
3. C. A fee of $40.00 is required for a provisional signed language interpreter license.
