1. A. Inspection of Public Records Act IPRA. Public records shall be available for inspection in accordance with the provisions of the IPRA, Section 14-2-1 through 14-2-12 NMSA 1978 and Section 61-9-5.1 NMSA 1978.

2. B. Removal. Public records shall not be removed from the board office except by board member, board staff, or agents of the board for official public business.
