1. A. The psychologist shall not use fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in applying for or obtaining a psychologist license.

2. B. The psychologist shall not use fraud in:

   1. (1) assisting another to obtain a psychologist license;
   2. (2) billing clients or third-party payors;
   3. (3) providing psychological service;
   4. (4) reporting the results of psychological evaluations or services; or
   5. (5) conducting any other activity related to the practice of psychology.
