A completed renewal application accompanied by the required fees, documentation of 16 hours of continuing education as defined in 16.21.8.13 NMAC and must be post-marked, received electronically, or hand delivered on or before January 1 of each year. The CE requirement is 16 hours of CE, including 2 hours of pain management.
