N.M. Code R. § 16.19.23.8

Disciplinary Action

Effective Mar 30, 2002State of New Mexico

If an applicant or licensee is not in compliance with a judgment and order for support, the board:

  1. A. shall deny an application for a license;
  2. B. shall deny the renewal of a license; and

  3. C. has grounds for suspension or revocation of the license.
