All terms defined in the Pharmacy Act or elsewhere in the Board regulations shall have the same meaning in this regulation unless otherwise defined below:

“Deficiency Free Inspection” means compliance with all Board pre-licensing inspection requirements. For non-resident facilities, the board may accept an inspection conducted by an appropriate entity.
