1. A. Dietitians must verify current registration with CDR as set in CDR guidelines. These guidelines are available from CDR website.

2. B. Nutritionists and nutrition associates must provide proof of completion of at least fifteen (15) clock hours or verify current registration with CDR. Excess hours, up to a total of fifteen (15) hours, may be carried over to the next licensing period.
