A licensee whose license is in good standing with the Board may request his/her license be placed on inactive status by meeting the following requirements:

1. A. Complete, sign, and return the renewal application form with a written request to be placed on inactive status.
2. B. Submit verifications for the required number of continuing education hours;
3. C. Remit the required inactive status fee (See Subsection H of 16.13.2.8 NMAC); and

4. D. Return the application postmarked on or before the license expiration date.
