The board shall notify the following persons of the Pain Relief Act and Part 9 of the New Mexico nursing board rule: 16.12.9 NMAC. The board shall notify health care providers under its jurisdiction of the Pain Relief Act and rules, including health care providers under investigation by the board for pain management services.
