1. A. The practice of polysomnography shall only take place in the following locations:

   (1) a hospital;

   (2) a stand-alone sleep laboratory;

   (3) a sleep center; or

   (4) a patient’s home.

2. B. Scoring of data and the education of patients may take place in settings other than in a hospital, sleep laboratory, sleep center or patient’s home.
