1. A. Approval from the division is required before a licensee may transfer a license from one location to another.

2. B. Licensee must submit an application in a form prescribed by the division along with all supporting documents to establish the license is not within 300 feet of a school and does not violate a zoning or other ordinance of the governing body of the location, as required by the act.
