1. A. A manufacturer license does not allow a licensee to distribute tobacco products or sell tobacco products directly to consumers.
2. B. A distributor license does not allow a licensee to manufacture tobacco products or sell tobacco products directly to consumers.
3. C. A retailer license does not allow a licensee to manufacture tobacco products or distribute tobacco products to retailers for resale.
4. D. Licensees who wish to conduct any combination of manufacturing, distributing, or retailing tobacco products at a single location must obtain each of the necessary license types.
5. E. Licensees are not prohibited from holding multiple license types at one location.
