N.M. Code R. § 15.6.7.18
C. Food and beverages in dressing rooms: At the contestant’s discretion, food and non-alcoholic beverages may be allowed in the contestant’s fitting room subject to approval by a commissioner, deputy, or designated official. No tobacco products shall be allowed.
