2. B. Sanctioning body rules must be approved by commission: A set of sanctioning body rules must be submitted to the commission for approval for any full contact karate or kickboxing event or contest proposed to be conducted in New Mexico.
3. C. International sanctions that vary: The commission must approve sanctioning body rules that vary from the commission’s rules.
