Unless otherwise defined below, terms used in this rule have the same meanings as set forth in the Gaming Control Act:

1. A. “Act” means the New Mexico Gaming Control Act.
2. B. “This title” means Title 15, Chapter 1 of the New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC).
