Unless otherwise defined below, terms used in this rule have the same meanings as set forth in the Gaming Control Act:

1. A. “Act” means the Gaming Control Act.
2. B. “person” means a legal entity or individual.
3. C. “State” means the State of New Mexico.

4. D. “token” means a metal representative of value issued and sold by a gaming operator licensee for use in its licensed gaming machines on its licensed premises.
