1. A. Player tracking systems shall be approved by the board or its designee in accordance with rules governing approval of associated equipment.
2. B. A gaming operator licensee shall delete a player’s name from the system immediately upon the player’s request.
3. C. Names deleted from the player tracking system at the player’s request shall not be reprogrammed into the system except upon express authorization by the player.
