1. A. This rule adopts by reference the 2021 International Building Code, as amended by this rule.
2. B. In this rule, each provision is numbered to correspond with the numbering of the 2021 International Building Code.
3. C. This rule is to be applied in conjunction with 14.7.9 NMAC, the current adopted New Mexico Commercial Energy Conservation Code.
