1. A. Modular non-assembled component panels shall meet all the requirements of this rule with the exception of Paragraph (2) of Subsection B of 14.6.7.12 NMAC and 14.6.7.13 NMAC.

2. B. Assembly of component panels on site are subject to all building permitting and inspection requirements for site built construction.
