ZONING - COMPLETED STRUCTURE ENDORSEMENT, ZONING - LAND UNDER DEVELOPMENT ENDORSEMENT, AND ZONING -COMPLETED STRUCTURE - NO APPLICABLE ZONING ORDINANCES ENDORSEMENT: NM form 65, 65.1 or 65.2 may be attached to a policy upon being furnished with a satisfactory survey.

1. A. These endorsements shall not be attached to a policy that insures one to four family residential property.
2. B. The coverage provided by any part of each endorsement may not be increased, but may be deleted.
