POLICY STATEMENT. Sections 12.6.2.199 NMAC through 12.6.2.215 NMAC contain rules describing the filing procedures of the filing officer upon and after receipt of a UCC document. It is the policy of the filing officer to promptly file a document that conforms to these rules. Except as provided in these rules, data are transferred from a UCC document to the information management system exactly as the data are set forth in the document. No effort is made to detect or correct errors of any kind.
