Advertised prices available to all:

1. A. It is an unfair or deceptive trade practice for a dealer to sell a vehicle to a customer for more than the advertised price of the vehicle.

2. B. It is an unfair or deceptive trade practice for a dealer to sell a vehicle at a price above the advertised price of the vehicle regardless of whether the advertised price has been actually communicated to the purchaser prior to the sale; provided that this provision does not prevent dealers from requiring customers to present a coupon or copy of the advertisement to obtain the advertised price if the advertisement clearly and conspicuously discloses that a coupon or copy of the advertisement must be presented.
