Any military service persons shall be allowed to obtain a five-year concealed handgun carry license under the following requirements:

1. A. by submitting all forms as required in these rules, including 10.8.2.12 NMAC; and
2. B. documentation satisfactory to the department that the applicant is a military service person; or

3. C. documentation satisfactory to the department that the applicant was a prior military service person honorably discharged.
