All applications should follow the format outlined below.

1. A. Applications should be typewritten except for the coversheet. The original copy must be stapled in the upper left hand corner and two-hole punched at the top.
2. B. Applications are to be typed, single spaced. Font size must be comparable in size to 12 point times roman or courier.
3. C. Adhere to page limits for each part of the grant application.
4. D. Place footer in lower right hand corner with a project title and page number.
5. E. Include all required forms, such as signed certifications.
