State of New Mexico credit cards shall be used only for official business and only to furnish state-owned vehicles with:

1. A. regular gasoline;
2. B. unleaded gasoline;
3. C. diesel fuel;
4. D. lubrication;
5. E. motor oil;
6. F. car wash; and

7. G. emergency purchases not exceeding $100.00 in total.
