N.M. Const. art. VI, § 25
Repeals. — Section 1 of S.J.R. No. 21 (Laws 2001) proposed to amend Article 6 of the constitution of New Mexico by repealing Section 25, relating to the designation of judicial districts, as that provision has become outdated (see 34-6-1 NMSA 1978). The amendment was approved by the people at the general election on November 5, 2002, by the vote of 284,600 for and 128,542 against.
