N.M. Const. art. II, § 22
Repeals. — Section 1 of S.J.R. 10 (Laws 2005) proposed to amend Article 2 of the constitution of New Mexico by repealing Section 22, relating to alien landownership. The amendment was approved by the people at the general election held November 7, 2006, by a vote of 330,309 for and 142,568 against.
